Making headlines this morning is the revelation of new schools for Perth suburbs where the population is booming.

Alkimos, Banksia Grove and Piara Waters are all set to get new primary schools, with plans to open at the start of the 2027 school year.

The suburbs have seen huge population growth, and the existing schools are already bursting at the seams.

Meanwhile, those looking to invest should cast their gaze towards Perth’s eastern corridor.

Well, that’s the opinion of one Perth property expert who has highlighted the “untapped” potential in suburbs like Middle Swan, Stratton, Midvale, High Wycombe and Maida Vale.
